Clear Ball stand/holder

Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final. Returns or Exchanges due to a defect in the product will be made within 2 days of acceptance of products. You must contact me within the 2-day period. I will require a return or pictures of the items in question and we will work something out for store credit or exchange.

If the product is not what requested, or you have concerns they must be addressed upon arrival in mail (within 24 hr) or at the time the order is picked up. 

Upon pickup and acceptance of item the sale is final. 

Any refunds, returns, or exchanges will be up to my discretion

Shipping online is standard through USPS priority mail which will provide tracking information for an additional Charge. 

For larger items or rush shipping, FedEx or UPS will be used!

In the event of product damage, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST! You will void any contract if you try to resolve alone! We walk you through the damage process.

Local Pick up options are avaliable upon request via email when photos are sent. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email or text of avaliable pick up times/day. You will receive your $10 shipping fee back in cash at the time of pick up.
